The Hydraulic CNC Press Brake HD Series machine features a rigid structure, precision control system, and high-quality components that ensure accurate bending, consistent force application, and stable performance in demanding industrial operations.
FRAME CONSTRUCTION
Mechanical C Frame Power Press Machine fabricated from IS-2062 graded rolled steel plates. The frame is deeply reinforced and fines machines after stress relieving. The interlocked design put direct support to the frame. This frame is strain free and eliminates welds at load supports. Thus the accuracy of the machine is never disturbed.
FLYWHEEL
Properly sized flywheel is made of high grade cast iron, for storing and releasing adequate energy for the cutting operations, and properly balanced for smooth running. Lubrication: Single shot lubricator provides oil to all the lubrication points, where necessary. Thus all bearing parts and guide surface etc.
TABLE & SLIDE (RAM)
Table and Slide are made of high grade heavy duty cast iron and properly seasoned. They are perfectly aligned, to each other to obtain high accuracy and precession press operation.
ROLLING KEY CLUTCH
Made of alloy steel for positive engagement and continues operation heavy three key ways. Single rolling key system is incorporated in the machine ensuring easy and efficient working of the machine.
MAIN AND PINION SHAFT
Shaft is made of special alloy steel machined to close accuracy and fitted in bronze bushes for smooth working, longer life and accuracy.
LUBRICATION SYSTEM
Single shot lubrication provides oil to all the lubrication points, where necessary, thus all bearing parts and guide surface, etc.
GEARS
Gears are of steel cast or fabricated. Gear teeth are generated by precision hobbing the Power Press machine.
BRAKE SYSTEM
Heavy-duty mechanical brake ensures quick, controlled stopping of the slide for safe and reliable operation.

The HD Series press brake comes with two optional Cybelec controllers — the Cyb Touch 8 PS and the Cyb Touch 12 PS. Both offer intuitive touchscreen interfaces, programmable bending sequences, and memory for repetitive jobs. The Cyb Touch 12 PS adds 4‑axis control and automatic bend sequencing, making it more suitable for advanced and complex bending operations.
This hydraulic CNC press brake uses independent hydraulic cylinders (Y1 & Y2) with proportional valve technology for synchronized ram movement and accurate bending. It also includes a back gauge system (standard X axis or optional X‑R two‑axis) to precisely position the sheet metal before bending.
The HD Series includes a standard set of top and bottom tools, along with front gauge supports and back gauge fingers to help stabilize and align workpieces. Mechanical tool clamping on both the upper and lower sections ensures fast and secure tooling changes.
